Itinerary
Our private tour begins with a drive towards the Atlas Mountains stopping to visit the villages of Ifrane, where we’ll get a chance to explore the famous cedar forest, home of the Berber apes.
We’ll have the chance to have lunch before continuing through the Atlas Mountains, enjoying the breathtaking views of the landscapes of Midelt along the way before arriving at the Ziz Valley. Then we continue to Merzouga, where we’ll spend the night at a local Riad.
After breakfast, we’ll spend most of the day exploring the desert area. We’ll start by discovering the local way of bringing water to their fields, called “Khettaras.” Then, we’ll head to Khamlia Village, where you can enjoy a fascinating Gnawa music performance that’s sure to bring smiles.
Later on, we’ll take a full tour around the Erg Chebbi sand dunes. During our tour, we’ll also visit the nearby mines and share a refreshing mint tea with the Berber nomads. It’s a fantastic chance to get to know their one-of-a-kind way of life and hear their stories.
As the afternoon turns into evening, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to hop on a camel for a ride. While on your camel, you can take in the absolutely stunning views of the sunset over the dunes. Afterward, we’ll make our way to a luxurious desert camp, where you’ll spend the night under the starry sky that beautifully lights up the horizon. It’s an experience that’s enjoyable and accessible for everyone.
After breakfast, we leave the desert and go to Todra Gorges.
Todra Gorges is like a big, rocky place with tall walls that make you feel like you’re in a giant canyon. We take our time to explore this cool place with a river and big rocks.
Then, we go to Dades Gorges, which is another amazing spot. Here, the rocks are even bigger, and you’re surrounded by beautiful views. We drive slowly through the curvy roads so you can enjoy the pretty scenery.
At the end of the day, we go to our place to stay in Dades Gorges. You’ll have some time to relax and enjoy the quiet place before we all have dinner. It’s been a day of discovering cool places in Morocco!
We start the day in the stunning Dades Gorge. After a delicious breakfast, we say goodbye to the amazing rock formations and landscapes that make this place special.
Our journey takes us to Ouarzazate, a city often called the “Hollywood of Morocco” because it’s a big deal in the movie industry. Along the way, you’ll see breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains and the desert.
In Ouarzazate, we get to visit famous movie studios and learn about Morocco’s movie history. It’s a unique experience that adds some movie magic to our adventure.
As the day goes on, we continue our drive to Marrakech, one of Morocco’s most exciting and culturally rich cities. When we arrive, you’ll have time to settle into your place to stay and freshen up.
